once again I'm speechless, astounded… the sinister aura from the recent events in Bieslana, North Osetia will accompany me for some time…
I do not understand the world… I do try to… and the meaning of it all escapes me the more I look… am I doomed to fail?

why? how?
what drives anyone to such drastic steps as taking 1200 other human beings hostage?
obviously what gets the third of those hostages killed is the raging incompetence, stupidity, arrogance and narrow mindedness of the “security forces”… which were maybe useful in the era of Communism to keep everybody in reigns by brute force, but are completely obsolete and, apparently, incapable of dealing with situations at the current state of affairs !!!
HUMANZ, LEARN TO TALK WITH EACH OTHER… PLEASE.

am I the only one seeing that “fighting the terrorism” is like trying to forcefully muffle someone's cry for attention?
THERE HAS TO BE A REASON WHY SUCH DRASTIC STEPS ARE TAKEN BY “TERRORISTS” UNLESS ALL THE EVENTS ARE JUST RANDOM ACTS OF PURE EVIL, in which case I will give up my attempts to understand the world, I will abandon my logic and I will disappear into the woods with my ipod to… turn into a mindless beast…
Is it possible that they've run out of other ways to say that an UNGODLY injustice is being done to them and to their people (or something like that)?
Isn't it so that the only hope for attracting enough attention is to get enough hostages (innocent children)?
Even that didn't prove to be enough… the invaders did show they were serious when they violated the school, the officials responded with minuscule attempts to negotiate, and ended up making a decision to raid the place…
and the rest, today, is history…
I weep for those who fell on both sides of the conflict… May your ultimate sacrifices FINALLY make other humanz realize that WE HAVE ONLY ONE WORLD TO SHARE WITH ONE ANOTHER.
we only get such a short time to live in this beautiful creation of nature (I have just returned from a hike…), why do we spend so much time then on trying to make others' time miserable?
